There is a difference between the dominant personality and the dominant personality. A dominant person pushes themselves over others. A dominant person is often, naturally, the leader and the one who gets things done.
When we look at people, we often find a domineering person. That person wants to take over everyone else’s life and wants to control things. The dominant person often exercises their dominance in a way that insults or offends others nearby. This is the main thing that stands out about the person. In fact, there are always leaders and followers. A leader differs from a domineering person in that a leader has something that makes people follow him, want to follow him, be interested in following him, and agree without thinking to accept him as a leader.
This differs from the dominant person who doesn’t have those traits, doesn’t have the attraction that a leader has but still wants to be a person who leads even though it doesn’t come naturally to them. He has to push himself. He has to force himself to be the leader. These people are always trying to put themselves in the picture and others are usually trying to hide or get away from that person.
Don’t try to convince dominant people to change their way of acting, to change their way of life. They do not want. They are interested. They have been told many times before you came that they should act differently. They did not listen to them. There is no reason they should listen to you or change their ways because you came and said so.
