Let’s face it, most women don’t have a perfect figure. They are as sexy as any other woman, in their unique ways. I’m not just talking about plus size women. Some women have large breasts and narrow hips, some have wide hips and small breasts, some have large mediums, some are short and round, some are tall and thin, and some are in the middle. Women come in a multitude of sizes and shapes. And so should sexy lingerie.
Underwear should fit avocados. Because women have a very similar shape.

Can you find your way? Maybe you are an upside down piriformis (7), or maybe you are shaped like a banana?
All of these ways have their own sex appeal. Sexy lingerie is supposed to accomplish one or more of the following; show it, hide it or pretend you have it. This is frustrating when it comes to lingerie sizes. Bra and panties sets are very difficult to match with some unique women’s shapes. If a woman has a piriform (7) or rhomboid (9) shape, then a large lower part can fit her, but the upper part will be too small.
However, how are lingerie manufacturers supposed to match all these different sizes and shapes? One option, at least when it comes to bra and panty sets, is to offer a mix-and-match set, meaning allowing them to choose the top size separately from the bottom.
Corsets, bustiers, and dresses are much easier. If you are a woman who is shaped like an avocado, maybe that is the way to go. Dresses will fit a multitude of shapes and will hide certain aspects of your figure that you want to hide, while showing others. Corsets and bustiers will fit your figure and possibly give the impression that you have more of something than you actually have.
The forms of women are so heterogeneous that it is practically impossible to combine them all. So the people who design and manufacture lingerie are taking this into consideration and finding solutions.
Knowing that, then it is not so much the size of the lingerie, but the type of lingerie you are choosing.
Sexy lingerie styles are designed to help certain shapes. If you have an Oblate shape (1), then belly-showing lingerie is just a no no. Lingerie that hides the belly, or shapes the belly, is a definite yes.
When choosing lingerie for yourself or someone else, consider the body shape first. Find your work around. Then focus on the size, whether it is a large, small or normal size.
