4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 pound total)

2 teaspoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons dry red wine
3/4 cup fresh sliced mushrooms

In a medium skillet combine the drained tomatoes, mushrooms, onion, green pepper, wine, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper; place the chicken on top of the vegetable mixture. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 20 minutes or until chicken is tender and not pink for long.
Transfer chicken to serving platter; keeping warm. Mix water and cornstarch; Stir with the mixture from the skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 more minutes. Pour the sauce over the chicken.

2 medium onions; peeled, sliced
1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano; crushed
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon of tomato sauce; 8 oz
1 teaspoon tomatoes 16 ounces
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil; crushed
1/4 cup dry spaghetti in white wine; Cooked
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons minced garlic
3 pounds chicken cut
Place the onions in the slow cooker. On top of the onions, place the chicken pieces, garlic, tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, herbs and wine. Cover the pot. Cook over low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or high for 3 to 4 hours. Serve the chicken with its sauce over the spaghetti you have prepared.
