The best thing about traveling to a new city is the beauty of discovering new places. the find in San Diego It was an Italian cafe and ice cream parlor. Our night in the Gaslamp wouldn’t have been complete without trying the succulent local food.

The Chocolat Creamerie was a visual treat. He was ecstatic to see all the vegetarian options on the menu. The ice creams on display were delicious. Amazing views for a foodie like me Kunal ordered a cup of coffee. I decided to enjoy a portobello and gruyere mushroom crepe. The atmosphere was cozy and homey. Casual yet elegant, Chocolat instantly stole my heart. The food arrived and I was ready to enjoy it.
Light, creamy, smooth and spicy flavor. The crepe just melted and before I knew it, it was gone! Drinking the aromatic cinnamon tea was a delight in itself.
three small biscuits pieces on a small plate completed this delightful meal. Pure happiness comes from pure indulgence! As we walked out, I made a mental note: Chocolate ice cream and a sweet crepe were in order for the next visit.

Dozens of Sundaes, Chocolates and Ice Creams are looming at you and one decision is all you need to make. A few minutes later, spoon in hand, I was on my mission to finish off this huge fudge sundae. It goes without saying that the pleasure of tasting chocolate is easier to taste than to write.

Breaking away from the Cheesecake factories and Burger Kings, these “candy shops” were a refreshing change. It wasn’t so much about the great taste or the many flavors that emerged in a matter of moments… It was about aimlessly discovering a small place that opened the doors to culinary paradise.
The indulgence in things that nourished the soul was unparalleled. If you love what you eat, you will eat what you love! There are times when we eat without thinking. Sometimes we are caring for bruised souls and troubled minds. We might even be healing emotions through our stomach to no avail. Isn’t there a world of difference when you truly savor and happily enjoy a meal as God’s gift to you? Eat because you love flavors and for the joy of experiencing something wonderful.
The fresh air on the way back to the parking lot was energizing. I had really enjoyed a sumptuous meal and this time, I realized that eating – what you love for the right reasons… at the right time… and in perfect company tasted like the elixir of life!
